Abortion…right or wrong?

Few days ago, the Alabama lawmakers cast their vote to ban abortion! In whatsoever circumstances, woman who chose to terminate her pregnancy would risk her life in prison  and doctors who will prevail the “induce miscarriage” will be charge of felony and risk 99 years of prison. Of course, with the exception for the cases when mother’s life is at serious risk.

Abortion is a very subtle topic to discuss because its touch the very core of our morality and religion. Women who opted for the abortion would never discussed her experience because they’re afraid of the backlash from family, peers and the society itself. She is all alone to cope up with the decision she made and I guess, it wasn’t easy and it will never be. It wasn’t a surprise when famous people who have a bigger platform went their way to step forward to informed the world that they resorted in this option too…to make awareness that banning the abortion will only lead to catastrophe. Women/Girls who will be force to keep pregnancy and the later end they will eventually abandon their child because he or she is not desired at the very beginning specially when pregnancy occurred in the context of “forced”.

In this matter, what makes it worst they’re trying to implement a law that will not only abdicate the right of a woman to decide for her own body but will eventually  expose them in danger. As one of the senator stated “that life is still precious” but what about the life of the woman/girl? xxx
